I just read an article I will pass on for all of you to read and share.
"Advances in Understanding Depression Offers New Hope"
I am not depressed though I know of many people who are. As I read this article, I can see why others may be feeling as they do. My health concern (chronic asthma) has compelled me to rid my home of fragrances, pesticides and keep it clean.
We have a whole house water filter that removes chlorine and other contMinates from our water. I prepare and eat nearly 100% organic produce with organic pastured beef, chicken and dairy. I juice vegetables every day and make my own fermented cabbage and apples (Apple cider vintager) I am not arrogant. I am determined.
I refuse to go to a doctor. After a lifetime of doctors, I have experienced their answer to be steroids and antihistamines. And they are expensive. So, I care for myself.
I am happy. I am healthy. Yes, I am unable to go out to eat junk food as it makes me sick. No hugs from well-meaning friends wearing lotions containing fragrance. No pesticides to fight off bugs in the garden or herbacides to kill the weeds. Yet! I am happy, healthy, beautiful, clear thinking, loved and so very blessed. For exercise, I will not go to the gym with the sweaty fragrances given off by deodorants and massage oils, but I will dance someplace clean with purified air. Maybe I will not even go out, but my home is a beautiful pleasant place. I have no need to go out.
This article helps to explain my joy in life and why others may not be so blessed. Choice.
